WHAT IS YANGNYEOM CHICKEN?

Yangnyeom Chicken is a Korean-style fried chicken coated in a sweet and spicy sauce. The crispy fried chicken is tossed in a flavorful sauce made with gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic, creating a perfect balance of heat and sweetness. It pairs wonderfully with beer and is one of Korea’s most beloved chicken dishes, enjoyed by people of all ages.

INGREDIENTS

- 10.5oz fried chicken(300g)
- 2Tbsp ketchup

- 3Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
+ 1Tbsp sesame seed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the fried chicken in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
  2. While cooking, mix Taiger Spoon sauce and ketchup together.
  3. Toss the cooked fried chicken with the sauce evenly. Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
