WHAT IS TUNA MINI TUNA KIMBAP?
Kkoma Chamchi Kimbap (Mini Tuna Kimbap) is a bite-sized version of the classic tuna kimbap, making it perfect for a quick and easy snack. The tuna is mixed with onions, green onions, and seasoned with TaigerSpoon sauce, then stir-fried before being wrapped in rice and seaweed. Adding perilla leaves enhances the flavor, making this mini kimbap a delicious, portable treat that’s great for any time of the day.

INGREDIENTS
- 7oz steamed rice(200g)
- 1.3oz onion(40g)
- 5.2oz canned tuna (150g)
- 4 perilla leaves
- 1Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

- 1sheet seaweed
- 1Tbsp sesame oil
- 1Tbsp sesame seed

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the ingredients.
TIP 1. Mix the rice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt together.
TIP 2. Slice the green onion thinly and finely chop the onion.
TIP 3. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
TIP 4. Cut the seaweed into 4 pieces in a cross shape (for large sushi sheets). - In a pan, add the canned tuna, green onion, onion, and Taiger Spoon sauce, and stir-fry until the sauce starts to bubble.

Spread the rice on the seaweed, covering about 2/3 of it. Top with perilla leaves and the seasoned tuna, then roll it up tightly.
TIP. To finish neatly, place 2 grains of rice at the end of the seaweed to help seal the roll.
