WHAT IS TTEOK-KOCHI?
Tteok-kkochi is a popular Korean street food made by skewering rice cakes, grilling them, and coating them with a sweet and spicy sauce. The chewy texture of the rice cakes combined with the rich sauce creates a delicious and addictive flavor. It’s a great snack that can be easily made at home!

INGREDIENTS (Customize it to your tasty)
- 7oz rice cake(200g)
- 2 skewers
- 2 skewers
- 2Tbsp cooking oil
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Skewer the rice cakes onto sticks.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan and grill the skewered rice cakes until they are crispy on the outside.

Once the rice cakes turn golden brown, evenly coat them with TaigerSpoon sauce on both sides and grill them once more.
TIP. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top for extra flavor!
