WHAT IS OJINGEO-BOKKEUM?
Spicy stir-fried squid (Ojingeo Bokkeum) is a popular Korean dish made by stir-frying squid with vegetables in a flavorful, spicy sauce. The sauce is typically made with gochujang (Korean red chili paste), soy sauce, garlic, and sugar, creating a perfect balance of heat and sweetness. This dish is best enjoyed with steamed rice and is loved for its chewy texture and bold flavors.
