WHAT IS MANDU-GANGJEONG?
Mandu-Gangjeong(Glazed dumpling) is a Korean dish made by frying dumplings until crispy and then coating them in a sweet and spicy sauce. The combination of the crispy texture and the flavorful sauce makes it a delicious and addictive snack or side dish.

INGREDIENTS
- 7oz dumpling(200g)
- 1Tbsp ketchup
- 1Tbsp ketchup
- 2Tbsp cooking oil
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Mix TaigerSpoon sauce and ketchup together.

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the dumplings until crispy.
- Once the dumplings turn golden brown, evenly coat them with the sauce on both sides and cook them once more.
