WHAT IS KIMCHI-BOKKEUMBAP?
Kimchi Fried Rice (Kimchi-Bokkeumbap) is a popular Korean stir-fried rice dish made with well-fermented kimchi and rice. It has a rich, savory flavor and can be enhanced by adding ingredients like Spam, pork belly, or canned tuna. Topping it with a fried egg or seaweed flakes makes it even more delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 7oz rice(200g)
- 3.5oz spam(100g)
- 1.7oz onion(50g)
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
- 3.5oz spam(100g)

- 3.5oz kimchi(100g)
- 1stalk green onion
- 2Tbsp cooking oil
- 1stalk green onion
- 2Tbsp cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

Thinly slice the green onion, and finely chop the onion, kimchi, and Spam.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the green onion, onion, kimchi, and Spam together.
- Once the ingredients are cooked, add the rice and stir-fry until well combined. Then, add TaigerSpoon sauce and stir-fry once more.
