WHAT IS JINMICHAE?
Jinmichae is a dried shredded squid dish commonly enjoyed as a side dish in Korea. INGREDIENTS
- 4.2oz dried shredded squid (120g)
- 3Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
+ 1tsp sesame seed
- 3Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
+ 1tsp sesame seed
- 2Tbsp mayonnaise
+ 1tsp sesame oil
+ 1tsp sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Cut the dried shredded squid into bite-sized pieces.

Mix 3 tablespoons of Tiger Spoon sauce with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Combine the dried squid with the sauce evenly, then sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds on top.
