WHAT IS GOCHUJANG PORK BELLY?

Gochujang Samgyeopsal is a Korean-style barbecue dish where pork belly is coated in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce and grilled. The rich umami flavor combined with a smoky aroma makes it perfect to enjoy with rice.

INGREDIENTS

- 7oz Pork belly(200g)
- 3Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce



- 1Tbsp Sesame oil


DIRECTIONS

  1. Grill the pork belly in a frying pan.

  2. Once the pork belly is partially cooked, evenly brush TaigerSpoon Sauce on both sides.
    TIP 1. If the sauce is cooked for too long, it can burn and stick to the pan. Quickly flip the meat and cook it lightly.
    TIP 2. Cook for a little longer, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seed.
