Eomuk-bokkeum(Stir-fry fish cake) Recipe

WHAT IS EOMUK-BOKKEUM?

Eomuk-bokkeum is a popular Korean side dish made by stir-frying thinly sliced fish cakes with vegetables such as onions and carrots. It is seasoned with gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to enhance its savory flavor. This simple yet delicious dish can be enjoyed both warm and cold.

INGREDIENTS

- 4.2oz chicken(120g)
- 1stalk green onion
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

- 1.7oz onion(50g)
- 1tsp cooking oil
+ 1tsp sesame seed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
    TIP 1. Slice the fish cakes into thin strips about 1cm wide.
    TIP 2. Slice the onion and green onion as well.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the fish cakes for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add TaigerSpoon sauce, onion, and green onion to the pan and stir-fry again. Once the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
