WHAT IS DUBU JORIM?
Dubu jorim(braised tofu) is a Korean side dish made by simmering crispy pan-fried tofu in a flavorful sauce made with gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper powder. The combination of umami and spiciness creates a perfect balance of flavors. It pairs perfectly with warm rice and makes for a simple yet satisfying meal.

INGREDIENTS
- 7oz tofu(200g)
- 1/3stalk green onion
- 1/5cup water(50ml)
- 1/3stalk green onion
- 1/5cup water(50ml)
- 1oz onion(30g)
- 1Tbsp cooking oil
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
- 1Tbsp cooking oil
- 2Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the ingredients.
TIP 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces. (It’s best to cut it in half first, then slice it into 1cm-thick pieces.)
TIP 2. Thinly slice the onion and green onion. -
Mix Taiger Spoon sauce with water.

Heat a pan with cooking oil and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown. Add the sliced vegetables and sauce on top of the tofu and let it simmer until the sauce starts to boil.
TIP. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
