Dakgalbi(Stir-fry Chicken) Recipe

WHAT IS DAKGALBI?

Dakgalbi is a Korean dish made by stir-frying marinated chicken with a spicy sauce and various vegetables. The marinade typically includes gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), soy sauce, garlic, and sugar, giving the dish its rich and flavorful taste. Commonly added ingredients include cabbage, sweet potatoes, rice cakes, and carrots. For an extra treat, the leftover sauce is often used to make delicious fried rice at the end of the meal.
