WHAT IS DAK-BOKKEUMTANG?

Dakbokkeumtang is a Korean braised chicken dish made by simmering chicken with potatoes, carrots, and onions in a spicy and savory sauce made of gochujang (red chili paste), soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes. It has a rich, spicy-sweet flavor and is a popular dish often enjoyed with rice. 😊

TIP 2. Dice the onions and green onions into bite-sized pieces as well.

  2. Rinse the chicken under running water, then place it in a pot with water, Tiger Spoon sauce, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
