WHAT IS YAK-GOCHUJANG?
Yakgochujang is a seasoned paste made by stir-frying gochujang (Korean red chili paste) with minced beef, sesame oil, garlic, and honey or sugar. It has a sweet and savory umami flavor and is often used as a substitute for ssamjang or as a topping for bibimbap. It has a long shelf life, making it convenient to prepare in advance and use in various dishes. 😊

INGREDIENTS
- 2.1oz ground beef (60g)
- 5Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
+ 1Tbsp sesame seed
- 5Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce
+ 1Tbsp sesame seed
- 1Tbsp sesame oil
+ 1tsp cooking oil
+ 1tsp cooking oil

DIRECTIONS

Cook the ground beef in a pan first.

Once the meat is cooked, add Tiger Spoon sauce and stir-fry evenly.
- When the sauce starts to boil, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
