WHAT IS BIBIMBAP?
Bibimbap is a classic Korean dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with various vegetables, meat (often beef), a fried egg, and gochujang (Korean chili paste). It's typically mixed together before eating, creating a delicious combination of flavors and textures. It's both nutritious and customizable, making it a favorite for many. 😊

- 1.7oz onion(50g)
- 1.7oz carrot(50g)
- 1.7oz spinach(50g)
- 1Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Fried egg
- 3Tbsp TaigerSpoon Sauce

DIRECTIONS

Prepare the ingredients.
TIP 1: Cut the spinach into three sections and blanch it briefly in boiling water.
TIP 2: Julienne the zucchini, carrot, onion, and shiitake mushrooms, then stir-fry them separately until cooked.

Cook the minced meat in a pan, then add TaigerSpoon sauce and stir-fry together.

Place rice in a bowl, top it with the prepared vegetables, then add a fried egg and sauce before mixing everything together.
TIP: Adjust the amount of sauce to your taste.
